About the Team & Mission:
This team is focused on creating seamless experiences by integrating crypto assets, payments, and asset management into a unified wallet. You'll be part of a mission-driven engineering group that values collaboration, product passion, and solving challenges through scalable mechanisms.
What You'll Do:
• Build web applications and APIs using Go
• Design microservice interfaces using Protocol Buffers + gRPC
• Analyze user behavior logs to improve services
• Architect systems and select middleware based on application needs
• Tune performance and implement monitoring/alerting systems
Tech Stack:
• Language: Go
• Infrastructure: GCP (Kubernetes, Spanner, Pub/Sub, etc.)
• Tools: Terraform, BigQuery, Looker, Data Studio, Datadog, PagerDuty
• CI/CD: CircleCI, Spinnaker
• Collaboration: GitHub, Slack, Confluence
• Methodology: Agile (Scrum, Kanban)
Unique Challenges:
• Impact millions: Over 3M users and 25M monthly platform users
• Build features for verified users (14M+) and asset management
What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in web application development
• Strong DB schema design and query optimization (RDB/NoSQL)
• Knowledge of security and performance tuning
• Experience in software architecture and middleware selection
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving
Nice to Have:
• Large-scale system development
• Launching new services in growth phases
• Developer leadership and process improvement
• Background in crypto assets, NFTs, or statistical data analysis
Language Requirements:
• Japanese: Business Level
• English: Conversational Level
