Endeavour is looking for an Agile Project Leader to join a global, reputable client, in the financial services industry, for an excellent 6 months contract opportunity.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years demonstrable experience as an Agile coach and will have worked on projects using the Spotify model.
This role will be based 50% UK and 50% Belgium, so readiness to travel between UK and Belgium is essential.
Required skills / experience:
• Provide sit-in coaching & feedback to Agile squads during planning sessions
• Identify & implement appropriate Agile techniques to improve the squads Agility
• Experience with Scrum & Kanban & Continuous Integration tools as a coach & practitioner
• Experience with Agile product management
