Position: Technical Lead / Senior Software Engineering - Immediate joiner only

As a Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in guiding the development and execution of the user-centered digital health platforms. You will be responsible for setting technical direction across system architecture, design, and delivery, while ensuring alignment with product and business goals. This role acts as a key liaison between engineering, product, and design teams to deliver scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions.
You will also oversee cloud infrastructure, third-party vendors, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as ADHICS and HIPAA.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Platform Leadership
• Lead the full-cycle technical delivery of digital health platforms, ensuring they are high-performing, flexible, and user-friendly
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and clinicians to co-develop innovative digital solutions
• Contribute to product planning, prioritization, and the development of the feature roadmap
• Translate clinical workflows and user needs into robust technical specifications
Technical Architecture & Development
• Design and implement scalable, secure software solutions aligned with modern best practices
• Define and enforce architectural standards and development best practices
• Conduct regular code reviews and promote secure coding standards
• Foster a Dev Ops culture with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous monitoring
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) for reliability and performance
Cross-Functional & Vendor Collaboration
• Coordinate cross-functional technical efforts across development, UI, QA, and business analysis teams
• Ensure seamless alignment between product, design, and engineering
• Manage and evaluate third-party development vendors, ensuring delivery quality and scope compliance
• Maintain oversight of the technology stack to enable long-term scalability and innovation
Governance & Compliance
• Ensure full compliance with ADHICS, HIPAA, and applicable data protection regulations
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend strategic solutions
• Lead incident response and technical troubleshooting when necessary
Leadership & Collaboration
• Strong product mindset with a balance between user-centric thinking and technical excellence
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
• Strategic vision combined with a hands-on approach to execution
Technical Expertise
• In-depth experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, or C#
• Expertise in microservices architecture, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Cloud Formation)
• Experience in Dev Ops implementation and CI/CD pipeline deployment
• Familiarity with UX principles and digital product development methodologies
• Knowledge of foundational data practices (e.g., master data management, metadata cataloging, data lineage) to support analytics and AI use cases
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 12–15 years of experience in software development and architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a technical leadership role
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or health tech is highly preferred
• Relevant certifications in Agile, Cloud, or Dev Ops methodologies are a plus
