Job Description
Our team is responsible for building gateways to cryptocurrency and traditional finance exchanges.
• Team management: task allocation, monitoring progress, tracking deadlines, and evaluating task execution quality.
• Managing the team backlog: evaluation, planning, and prioritization of tasks.
• Creating and improving processes within the team.
• Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
• Participation in team development and motivation.
Qualifications
• Relevant experience of 3+ years in a Delivery or Project Manager role.
• Strong technical background as a developer or DevOps engineer.
• Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
• Expertise in Kanban and Scrum frameworks and their application in Product Management and Delivery.
• Practical experience with Atlassian products Jira and Confluence.
• Practical experience with Business Intelligence tools.
• English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.
