Job Description
Lulu Group International is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Entry-Level Security & Retail Staff. Key Responsibilities
• Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all customers, staff, and assets.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, alarms, and incidents as per established company protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting shoppers, assisting with product inquiries, and directing them to desired departments.
• Assist with merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the retail floor.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately when assigned to retail duties.
• Report any unusual incidents, security breaches, or suspicious activities to management.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and security regulations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive team atmosphere.
