Role Overview
Infosys is seeking highly experienced Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect expertise in design and implementation of scalable customer service solutions. In this role you will be leading the customer interaction, requirements gathering and user stories, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Analysis: Perform detailed analysis and design CPQ solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and develop IT solutions.
• Requirements & User Stories: Define detailed business requirements, write user stories, and translate them into actionable product features.
• Business Process Optimization: Identify, document, and analyze existing business processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Data Migration: Work with CPQ object models and related object structures to ensure accurate and efficient data migration.
• Project Management: Drive complex projects from ideation through implementation and launch, ensuring timely delivery.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test plans and conduct necessary tests to confirm design requirements and ensure quality.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience in CPQ solution architecture and business analysis.
• Hands-on experience building solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (sales, service, experience cloud), CPQ platforms and object models.
• Experience in building solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Knowledge of integration patterns and data migration strategies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Solution Architect or Business Systems Analyst in the CPQ / Quote-to-Cash domain, preferably in a high-tech company.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Demonstrated experience with AI/ML concepts and their application to business solutions.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
