On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Senior System Testing / QA Specialist-UI Automation, API, WebServices for a 6-month role. This position is onsite up to 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.
Senior System Testing / QA Specialist-UI Automation, API, WebServices - Job Description:
The Provincial Clinical Viewer Project aims to consolidate multiple clinical viewers into a single provincial solution to streamline access to Electronic Patient Data, enhancing clinical decision-making. The Senior System Testing / QA Specialist will ensure quality through automated testing for UI, API, and functional testing, contributing to the project's success.
Senior System Testing / QA Specialist-UI Automation, API, WebServices - Responsibilities:
• Plan and organize testing efforts in UI and API testing
• Design, develop, and execute systems integration tests
• Analyze business and technical requirements to develop test plans
• Implement and maintain automation testing frameworks
• Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA
• Provide inputs to QA Lead for test strategy and execution reports
• Support user acceptance testing activities
Senior System Testing / QA Specialist-UI Automation, API, WebServices - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in automation testing
• Advanced experience with UI automation using JAVA and Selenium
• Advanced API automation testing using SOAPUI, ReadyAPI, or Postman
• Experience with ETL, SQL, and cross-browser testing
• Experience in Agile-Scrum environment and JIRA
• Advanced knowledge of automation testing frameworks
• Good analytical, communication, and collaborative skills
Senior System Testing / QA Specialist-UI Automation, API, WebServices – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with GitHub
• Experience in healthcare systems
• Experience testing HL7 FHIR messages and data structures
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing
• Experience planning testing efforts for large and small systems
