About the Role
I.T. Generation is seeking a passionate and motivated EUC / Junior Network Engineer (CCNA Certified) to join our growing team supporting enterprise-level infrastructure in the East of Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Provide Level 1 network support and escalate complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
• Monitor network health and performance, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks.
• Support troubleshooting of connectivity, LAN/WAN, and wireless network issues.
• Document network diagrams, configuration changes, and maintenance records.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and patch management activities.
• Ensure adherence to company network policies, standards, and ITIL procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and service delivery projects.
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or related field.
• Valid CCNA certification (mandatory).
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in network support, operations, or IT infrastructure.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Exposure to Cisco environments and network monitoring tools is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and communication.
