Responsibilities: Health, Safety, and Environment Management: Ensure project sites comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental (HSE) laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop, implement, and monitor the HSE management system, ensuring all operations adhere to HSE standards. Lead site safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective measures. Oversee the installation and operation of safety equipment and facilities, ensuring all protective measures are in place. Risk Assessment and Emergency Management: Conduct regular risk assessments, analyze potential risks in operational processes, and develop risk control plans. Develop and implement emergency response plans, ensure personnel are familiar with emergency protocols, and conduct regular drills. Participate in accident investigations, analyze causes, propose improvements, and oversee their implementation. Training and Awareness: Organize and provide HSE training to ensure all employees have essential safety knowledge and skills. Enhance employee awareness of HSE through regular safety meetings and promotional materials. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit regular HSE reports and statistical data to monitor HSE performance. Ensure project operations comply with local and international HSE regulations and standards. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Certifications in HSE (such as NEBOSH) are preferred. Work Experience: Experience in HSE management within oilfield or energy industries, particularly with international or overseas projects. Language Skills: Proficiency in English, particularly for collaborating with international teams. Technical Skills: Knowledge of international HSE standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001), risk management, and emergency response. Communication Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to effectively implement HSE policies. Work Environment: This role requires onsite presence, typically in remote oilfield locations, and the ability to work extended hours outdoors, potentially in challenging environmental conditions.
