Roles & Responsibilities
Salary Range: Up to $3200 + up to $800 commission
Work hours: 9.45am - 6pm / 1.45pm - 10pm (Sg Flyer) ; 11am - 7.45pm (Funan)
Work days: Any 5 days from Monday to Sundays
• Step-up engagement with customers to promote products and deliver a memorable customer experience
• Promptly and efficiently execute and administer the operations of the company while paying special attention to customers' needs
• Promote the company's products and services in line with its objectives
• Engage as a team to exceed customers' expectations and experiences
• Ensure that internal work-flows are supported by well thought out systems
• Provide training to team members to ensure consistency and compliance with workflow procedures
• Maintain overall integrity of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Generate timely reports as required
