Our client is from Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Project & Business Development Manager (Power Solution) to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities
• Support market development across various industries in the region by identifying business opportunities and engaging new clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to support long-term collaboration.
• Structure and coordinate strategic partnerships and joint initiatives to support business growth.
• Lead the review and management of large-scale commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee and drive project execution, including on-site and factory-level activities, ensuring alignment with project goals, specifications, and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance on the application, performance, and upkeep of power-related systems and equipment.
• Apply knowledge of service operations tools and platforms to support project coordination and execution.
• Balance technical insight with business strategy to manage priorities and deliver results across cross-functional teams.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Min Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering studies, or a related field.
• Min 5 years’ relevant working experience, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
• Prior technical experience in engineering equipment or related industries will be advantageous.
• Willing to travel overseas
