• *Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide **L2/L3 support** for production systems, ensuring high availability and mínimal downtime.
- Handle **incident management**, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex system issues within SLA timelines.
- Conduct **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and implement long-term solutions for system stability.
- Act as an **escalation point** for high-severity incidents, coordinating with stakeholders for resolution.
- Develop and maintain **knowledge base documents** and runbooks for team efficiency.
- Collaborate with global teams across **NA, EMEA, and APAC** regions for seamless production support.
- Manage network components such as **routers, route tables, and switches** to ensure connectivity and security.
- Participate in **event management and project implementation** from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Drive a **culture of learning and growth**, providing training to team members for continuous improvement.

- **Certifications**: ITIL V4 Foundation & AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (or equivalent cloud certification).

- CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Docker)
