Are you the highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Test Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of software test engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review User Stories and data artifacts, providing feedback to ensure the proposed solution meets end-user requirements
- Support the development team in gathering test data and test scenarios and assist in proof-of-concept (POC) activities
- Independently manage testing activities, ensuring timely closure of reported defects and maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers and system administrators, to ensure seamless integration and operation of security solutions
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, effectively conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• *REQUIREMENTS**:
- 8+ years of relevant experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation
- Proven experience in a Team Lead role, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring a team of software test engineers
- Solid understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, with the ability to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in gathering test data and test scenarios, as well as assisting in proof-of-concept (POC) activities
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and ensure code changes are thoroughly tested

- You will be working on site, from our client's office in Doha
- The working schedule is 5 days a week, from Sunday to Thursday (In Qatar, weekend is Friday to Saturday)
