Java Support Role
In this hands-on, technically demanding position, you will work with our team to deliver exceptional support services for Windows Desktop and VmWare virtualization. As a skilled Engineer, you will require expertise in scripting, performance engineering, data analytics, and system analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct system and infrastructure performance testing
• Create and analyze automation scripts using PowerShell, AutoIT, and Python
• Build interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Grafana
• Evaluate and use benchmarking, performance, and load testing tools
• Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets using SQL and Snowflake
Requirements:
• Good understanding of key system and infrastructure performance counters
• Experience in monitoring tools for Network and Workstations
• Proficiency in Excel Macros, Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, and PowerShell
• Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflakes, and database connectivity
