We are seeking experienced Database Architects to contribute to an innovative AI benchmarking project. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating how effectively current AI systems can understand and address advanced database architecture challenges. This is a high-impact, short-term initiative designed to examine AI capabilities and safety within complex technical domains. We welcome professionals with comprehensive experience in designing, optimizing, and scaling database systems in live environments to aid in crafting tasks that differentiate genuine expertise from superficial knowledge.

Essential Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4 years of full-time experience in database architecture or a related role.
• Fluent in English.
• Must possess U.S. residency.
• Access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer with dependable internet connectivity.
• Comfort with technology, adept in messaging, video calls, and file sharing.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and work independently to complete online tasks.
Project Details:
• This is a temporary project running until December 29th.
• The total expected workload is between 40-100 hours, with flexibility over the next 6-8 weeks.
• All participants will start with a paid 2-4 day trial period.
Compensation and Logistics:
• Hourly pay ranges from $38 to $152, plus bonuses for tasks, based on your experience and fit for the role.
• Bi-weekly payments will be made based on tracked and approved hours.
• This role is fully remote, allowing you to work at your convenience as long as deadlines are met.
