With over $1 million in pilot revenue closed, 70 percent month-over-month growth, and proprietary distribution to thousands of clinics, we’re looking for a Founding LLM Engineer to help build this platform from the ground up.
What you’ll do
• Build production-grade LLM integrations using Claude 3.7, o4-mini, and OpenAI
• Design and scale backend infrastructure using Node and NestJS
• Work directly with the founder and early customers
• Solve challenging real-world conversational workflows
• Own core systems, set technical standards, and shape engineering culture
What we’re looking for
• Two to twelve years of experience as a backend engineer, ideally in high-caliber teams (Meta, Stripe, Ramp, Rippling, or similar)
• Proven ability to build and scale systems from scratch
• Experience deploying LLM or AI systems in production with real business impact
• Someone who thrives in a high-accountability, hands-on environment
• Ready to step into a CTO-track position as the company scales
