In this role, you will help guide customers through platform migration, enhance the reliability and scalability of our systems, and contribute to building an infrastructure foundation that can scale across multiple markets and business models. You’ll apply SRE principles, build automation, strengthen network reliability, and drive best practices across cloud infrastructure. Core Responsibilities • Apply Site Reliability Engineering principles across change management, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and production readiness. • Build and evolve cloud infrastructure with a focus on fault tolerance, automation, and improved resiliency. • Develop visibility into SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, dependency graphs, and system performance to ensure scalable operations. • Identify operational patterns and design tools and automation to reduce toil and optimize workflows. • Participate in on-call rotations and continuously improve on-call processes and tooling. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and drive outcomes. • Support cost engineering efforts to optimize resource usage and platform efficiency. Required Technical Skills • Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform and/or Crossplane) • Git and source control best practices • Security fundamentals (attack surface minimization, least privilege, blast-radius reduction) • Deep knowledge of VPC fundamentals: subnets, routing, security groups • VPC peering and Transit Gateway routing (including cross-region) • Redundant Site-to-Site VPN architectures • AWS DirectConnect best practices • AWS ALB configuration, including automated provisioning via Kubernetes Load Balancer Controller Preferred Skills • Experience operating within PCI-compliant environments • AWS PrivateLink • Kubernetes manifests and networking meshes (e.g., Cilium) Nice to Have • French Proficiency highly preferred • BGP experience • Broader exposure to distributed systems, microservices, or large-scale cloud architectures Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
