Job Title: User Support & Product Operations Associate
Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to daily inquiries from users via email and direct messaging platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Track, document, and follow up on user-reported issues, collaborating with internal teams to drive continuous product improvement
• Maintain and update the product knowledge base, FAQs, and user tutorials to enhance user experience and self-service support
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), etc.
• Experience with internet or AI tools is a strong plus
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a fast learner with good problem-solving skills
