Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical AML Data Lineage Contract professional to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial auditing and internal audits, with a strong understanding of data lineage and compliance requirements. This position will involve collaborating with various departments to ensure that data flows are accurately documented and compliant with regulatory standards. Responsibilities • Analyze and document data lineage for AML processes, ensuring all data sources, transformations, and destinations are accurately represented. • Collaborate with internal audit teams to assess the effectiveness of AML controls and identify areas for improvement. • Conduct thorough reviews of financial data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Prepare reports on findings from audits and assessments, providing actionable recommendations for enhancements. • Work closely with IT and data management teams to implement changes based on audit findings and compliance requirements. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Skills • Strong background in financial auditing, with experience in conducting internal audits preferred. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies related to data lineage documentation. • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Familiarity with AML regulations and compliance frameworks is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically about data integrity issues. • Experience with data lineage tools (e.g. Collibra, Big ID, Ab Initio) This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to contribute significantly to our AML efforts while developing their skills in a dynamic environment.
