Job Description:
• The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in the installation and maintenance of IT systems.
• Responsibilities include building, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems according to client requirements.
• The candidate must be able to deliver technical support through on-site visits, phone assistance, and remote access.
• Collaboration with the team is essential to ensure timely project completion and high-quality results.
Skills and Requirements:
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant IT systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of Firewall and VPN solutions, including SonicWall, FortiGate, Sophos, along with experience in Cisco/HP switches, VMware, Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency in Windows Server Administration.
• Good understanding of computer hardware and networking.
• Customer-focused with strong written, verbal, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex networking environments.
• A valid driving license is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Experience with ELV systems is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
