Paragon Alpha are working with a multi-manager hedge fund who have acquired an equity hedge fund into their platform. Said group is looking for a software/data engineer to join, and partner with quants to build a data driven risk platform.
They have a data backed ethos running through the company to inform their trading strategies, and this role sits within the risk team. You would be building scalable risk data pipelines running in AWS, and the team want to see people who have experience with diverse software practices, such as containers and cloud.
Stack: Python, ETL, AWS Airflow
The firm offer one day a week remote and have an excellent salary package in tandem.
