Position Overview: Join our team as a Lead Cybersecurity Solutions Principal with a focus on Cyber Resilience, where you will be at the forefront of shaping our organization's strategies to defend against and recover from cyber threats. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement comprehensive resilience frameworks, assess risks and vulnerabilities, and ensure our cybersecurity posture meets the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements. As a Security Principal, you will guide our Solutions Consulting for large, complex organizations, driving significant transformational work. Your ability to foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and crafting tailored technology and business solutions will be key to your success. You will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in cybersecurity, guiding teams to develop and execute robust security solutions while overseeing innovative projects and emerging threats. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance cyber resilience, focusing on prevention, detection, response, and recovery. • Lead and mentor a skilled team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. • Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and promote incident response and business continuity plans. • Analyze emerging threats and cybersecurity trends to refine strategies and adapt technologies accordingly. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, preparing detailed reports for senior management and regulatory bodies. • Oversee the planning and execution of tabletop exercises and simulations to validate resilience capabilities. Essential Functions: • Collaborate within a core team dedicated to serving WWT's clients, encompassing Consulting Services, Enterprise Architects, Managing Directors, and Account Managers, ensuring exemplary project ownership and impactful results. • Lead, manage, and mentor delivery teams to optimize performance. • Act as the primary contact for customers, managing day-to-day services and identifying critical problem statements. • Ensure thorough documentation and organization around complex projects, utilizing strong analytical and communication skills. • Represent the WWT Solutions practice to both internal teams and external clients. • Work closely with account teams to educate them and drive business development initiatives. • Establish thought leadership to enhance market presence and build WWT's service offerings. • Pursue new business opportunities with large, complex clients, collaborating with internal teams to develop and negotiate project scopes and deliverables. • Understand and address customer needs, providing strategic recommendations to senior management. • Promote cross-business services to expand WWT's service footprint with clients. • Manage and help develop junior team members. • Lead marketing initiatives, including writing white papers and presenting at conferences. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with WWT's core technology partners. • Drive revenue and profit growth for the practice. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • 10-15 years of cybersecurity experience with strong leadership and strategic roles. • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing cyber resilience strategies. • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and regulations. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills. • Adept at building relationships with senior executives and stakeholders. • Proficiency in managing large-scale cybersecurity projects, including budgets and timelines. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) highly desirable.
