Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Staff Backend Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our blockchain infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance backend services that support millions of global users.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of scalable, distributed systems capable of handling high-volume traffic across global markets.
• Take ownership of key modules, contribute code, and guide architectural and technical decision-making.
• Continuously identify areas for optimization, performance tuning, and architectural enhancement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Highly skilled in Core Java, with working knowledge of the Spring framework.
• Solid experience with MySQL, along with familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across functions to deliver high-impact results in dynamic environments.
