Senior Scrum Master (Demand Experience) Hybrid
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agilist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dx Product Lifecycle Management Agile Methodologies and AGILE with a strong background as a CX-Scrum Master. Experience in Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive agile practices and contribute to our company's growth and innovation.
Location: New York, NY, US (Onsite)
Responsibilities
• Lead agile transformation initiatives to enhance team performance and deliver high-quality products.
• Oversee the implementation of Dx Product Lifecycle Management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting Agile Methodologies to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Facilitate CX-Scrum Master activities to ensure effective sprint planning execution and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve impediments ensuring smooth project progression.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing team performance metrics and implementing best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and customer needs.
• Mentor team members in agile practices to build a culture of learning and innovation.
• Coordinate with product owners to prioritize backlog items and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Develop and maintain agile project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Foster a culture of open communication and feedback to enhance team collaboration and morale.
• Utilize domain knowledge in Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management to provide valuable insights.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering solutions that positively impact society.
Qualifications
• Possess strong expertise in Dx Product Lifecycle Management and Agile Methodologies.
• Demonstrate proficiency as a CX-Scrum Master with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Have experience in Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management as a nice-to-have skill.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team collaboration.
• Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Display the ability to mentor and guide teams in agile practices.
• Maintain a customer-centric mindset to align project outcomes with business goals.
Certifications Required
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be received by Jul 6th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $80K- $110k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
