Agile Transformation Specialist
This specialist drives Agile adoption across the organization, guiding teams on principles and frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives to implement Agile methodologies.
• Coach teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership on Agile principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Develop and deliver workshops, training sessions, and maturity assessments to enhance Agile capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve impediments to Agile adoption.
• Establish and promote a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning.
• Develop and implement Agile best practices and standards, ensuring their effective application.
• Support change management strategies to facilitate successful Agile transitions.
