As Lead Engineer / CTO , you’ll be the hands-on technical leader driving innovation, architecture, and compliance. You’ll oversee development, mentor engineers, and solve complex problems at the intersection of blockchain, fintech, and regulated betting. Lead architecture and innovation: smart contracts, hybrid on/off-chain systems, scalable infrastructure.
Ensure regulatory compliance: CFTC-aligned systems, KYC/AML, secure settlements, audit trails.
8+ years in software engineering, 2+ in leadership (Lead Engineer / CTO).
• Backend expertise (Rust preferred), relational databases, API design, blockchain integration.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, oracles, bridges, and authentication/security protocols.
