• 4+ years of hands-on experience in container orchestration platforms, specifically Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, container lifecycle management, and microservices deployment.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Helm, and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and GitOps workflows.
• Solid knowledge of networking, ingress controllers, service mesh (e.g., Istio), and persistent storage in Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor.
• Understanding of security best practices including RBAC, secrets management, and container image scanning.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in cross-functional team environments.
