Role Overview
We are looking for high-performing Software Consultants and Sr. Software Consultants with proven experience in selling ERP, CRM, and HCM software solutions. The role focuses on developing new business, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and building strong customer relationships across Oman.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers for ERP/CRM/HCM solutions.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Understand client business needs and recommend suitable software modules.
• Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and tender/RFP responses.
• Engage with CXOs, IT heads, finance heads, and HR leaders for solution pitching.
• Maintain CRM entries, reports, and sales documentation.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams.
• Build long-term client relationships for upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7+ years of experience in ERP / CRM / HCM software sales (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of business processes: Finance, HR, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, etc.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.
• Knowledge of Muscat/Oman or GCC market preferred.
• Valid GCC driving license is an advantage.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, Engineering) required.
• MBA is an added advantage.
