Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Identity & Access Management (IDAM) Engineer with strong expertise in Azure AD / Entra ID, SSO, Intune, Exchange Online, and PowerShell. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise identity solutions, migrating authentication systems, and ensuring secure, seamless access across applications and platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 Identity and Access Management solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO) for secure user authentication.
• Administer and maintain Azure AD (Entra ID) for enterprise identity governance.
• Deliver Enterprise Managed Services for Microsoft 365 workloads with a focus on:
• Exchange Online
• Intune
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• PowerShell automation
• Lead the migration of authentication and authorization for applications from LDAP to Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot identity-related issues, and ensure high availability of IAM services.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, feedback management, and continuous service improvement.
• Develop, revise, and translate technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure compliance and best practices.
