Blackbird Security is looking for two proactive and experienced Control Center Leads to join our team and oversee the operations of our control center. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the control center, ensuring that all systems and processes run smoothly, efficiently, and securely. As the Control Center Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the team, monitoring key performance indicators, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quick response times to any emergencies or operational disruptions. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring a high level of service, maintaining operational continuity, and optimizing workflows across various systems. If you're ready to lead a dynamic team and play a critical role in the success of our organization, we encourage you to apply • *Responsibilities**: - Providing training and mentoring to team members on the control-centre department's best practices and techniques. - Attendance watch for the guards and ensuring follow ups are done and updates are communicated to both operations and clients without any delay. - Coach, mentor, and manage the work of department members. - Taking incoming calls to the Control Center phone line when the primary control center operator is busy. - Creating contracts, sites, positions, bill rates, as well as scheduling outlines and templates. - Monitoring all daily shift sign-ins and sign-outs.. Updating TrackTik accurately for all late shift sign-ins. - Creating secondary shift blocks for missed billable hours.
