Role Summary
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the technical design and deployment of new client implementations. This hands-on, collaborative role will have you working across product, engineering, consulting, and client teams to deliver scalable, secure, and elegant solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end solution design and technical deployment for new implementations.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.
• Define architecture, data flows, authentication methods, and system configurations.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and consultants for practical and technically sound delivery.
• Produce clear and comprehensive solution documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Support pre-sales activities with your technical expertise and design insights.
• Advocate for best practices in integration, identity management, and data architecture.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in solution design processes.
Key Skills & Experience
• Strong technical background in designing solutions for B2B SaaS platforms.
• Proven experience in solution design across identity, API integrations, and data provisioning.
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into actionable technical plans.
• Experience engaging with cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and commercial stakeholders.
• Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to balance ideal solutions against client and timeline constraints.
• Familiarity with IAM, SSO, or system integration is a plus.
