• Assess organizational readiness for adopting Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based solutions.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact use cases aligned with business and operational needs.
• Conduct research and feasibility studies to guide the development of GenAI and LLM-driven pilot initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable AI roadmaps, innovation frameworks, and concept designs.
• Support the formulation of GenAI governance, ethics, and risk management principles for responsible adoption.
• Provide expert advisory input on LLM architectures, Agentic AI workflows, and multilingual NLP adaptation.
• Deliver technical documentation, whitepapers, and maturity assessments to support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with AI, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment with enterprise digital transformation goals.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
• Identify and evaluate applied GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM use cases across organizational functions.
• Conduct feasibility, impact, and risk assessments for proposed GenAI/LLM initiatives.
• Perform research on emerging GenAI tools, LLM architectures, agent frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Design conceptual workflows, prototypes, and pilot approaches for prioritized AI use cases.
• Support development of RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and vector database integration models.
• Assess data readiness, infrastructure needs, and integration requirements for GenAI adoption.
• Prepare whitepapers, concept notes, maturity assessments, and executive-level presentations.
• Ensure alignment with AI governance, ethics, safety, and transparency standards.
• Collaborate closely with AI strategy, data engineering, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Advise on deployment choices across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments for LLM and agent models.
• Contribute to innovation sandbox design and evaluation for testing GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Support model evaluation, benchmarking, and continuous improvement of LLM/agent workflows.
• Provide guidance on multilingual (Arabic/English) NLP adaptation needs and fine-tuning considerations.
• Engage with business units to capture requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Promote awareness and adoption of GenAI capabilities through workshops, demos, and knowledge sessions.
Qualification &
Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years working specifically with Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLM architectures, prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic workflow design.
• Strong understanding of AI lifecycle management, model evaluation, and deployment best practices.
• Prior exposure to AI advisory, strategy development, innovation programs, or public-sector AI initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI principles, and governance/policy alignment frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud or on-prem AI deployment platforms such as Open Shift AI, Azure ML, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, concept notes, research papers, and feasibility assessments.
• Certification :
GenAI/Agentic AI, Data Science, or Responsible AI (AWS, Azure, Google, Coursera, or equivalent).
• Excellent command of English is mandatory, while knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage.
