Work Arrangement:
• From October 20, 2025 – 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.
• From January 5, 2026 – full onsite (5 days).

Experience:
• Cloud Services – Kubernetes (Open Shift) & MS Azure
• Reporting tools and concepts
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Initiative and responsiveness
• CMDB concepts and methodologies
• Remedy and/or eSMT
Must Haves:
• 7+ years as a Business Analyst
• Experience setting up workshops with business users
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with planning and implementation of releases
