About the Role :
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Software Sales Specialist with 2–4 years of experience in selling software products or solutions in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
• Promote and sell software products (ERP / SaaS / IT Solutions) to corporate clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations
• Understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals within defined targets
• Maintain strong post-sales client relationships
• Update CRM with sales activities, leads, and pipeline status
• Collaborate with technical and presales teams for solution support
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Experience :
• 2 – 4 years of proven experience in software sales or IT solutions sales
• Experience in selling ERP, SaaS, CRM, or enterprise software is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market and corporate sales landscape
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Valid UAE driving licence is an added advantage
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• MBA in Marketing / Sales is an added advantage
