Responsibilities
1. Enquiries mailboxes:
• Triage 9 mailboxes via Feedback Management System
• Respond to enquiries from registrants, Members of Public covering registration, practising certificate renewal, continuing professional education, complaints and General enquiries.
2. Pledge Ceremonies:
• Respond to email enquiries
• Draft email invitations to doctors, VIP guests
• Carry out administrative and logistics preparation for the events
• Assist officers to source for vendors
• On-site administrative and logistics support on event day, if necessary
• Prepare individual Pledge Certificates for registrants who attended the Pledge Ceremony
• Update pledge attendance in each registrant’s PRS record after event
2. Support divisions in reviewing draft circulars and dissemination of circulars/notices
3. Admin and any other duties as assigned by supervisor: assist officers to prepare documents for procurement of events management and design services, sending of corporate e-greeting cards.
Requirement
• Diploma/Degree preferably in mass communication or business management
• Experience in handling feedback enquiries, events and communications projects, website/content development
• Proficient in IT and MS Office applications e.g. Excel, Word
