LaSalle Network is seeking a Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced financial services team in Chicago! This contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, helping customers, and staying organized while managing a high volume of calls.
You’ll play a key role in keeping clients informed, confident, and satisfied — all while growing your skills in a professional, team-driven environment.
Key Details:
• Compensation: $17–$20/hour
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available through LaSalle Network
• Location: Chicago, IL
• Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday
What’s the job?
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support customers with financial account inquiries
• Research and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining compliance with company policies
• Document all customer interactions accurately in internal databases
• Collaborate with team members to ensure service goals are met
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during every customer interaction
What’s needed?
• At least 2 years of customer service or call center experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping others
