Key Responsibilities
Manage M365 services for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related collaboration platforms
Drive automation initiatives using PowerShell, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio for workflow optimization
Lead AI integration projects leveraging Microsoft Copilot and third-party tools to enhance productivity and communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
5 - 7 years of related experience in systems engineering
Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 services and AI productivity tools
Advanced skills in automation and scripting, particularly with PowerShell and Power Automate
Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace
