Job Description: • Handle enquiries (calls and emails) from the employers and MWs, including escalations from department. • Assist to e-route FormSG and CRM cases to relevant team • Review and tabulate PWM consent forms received from the companies’ submission. • Manage PWM consent mailbox and replies. • Follow up on clarifications and queries from MWs and employers on the PWM requirement. • Handling of returned mails for letters sent out by team • Manage the queries and process appeals against insufficient quota/ local workforce discrepancy due to revision. Job Requirement: • Possess positive work attitude • Possess good communication and customer service skills • Must be computer literate and know MS Office • Able to work with minimum supervision • Experience in admin or data entry experience is preferred Working Arrangement: • Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm; Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm • Salary: $2600 to $2700 /mth • Contract Period: 10 months EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R25128798 HUANG QIMENG
