An experienced videographer is required to facilitate a live online training session via Zoom for an IT support event in Muscat, Oman. The session will be held in a hotel hall for approximately 35 in-person participants, with the trainer joining remotely. The videographer will be responsible for setting up and operating a single wide-angle camera and wireless microphones, ensuring high-quality video and audio capture throughout the day. The event will take place on Monday the 8th, running from morning until evening, and requires seamless coordination between onsite and remote participants. The role demands technical expertise in live streaming, audio routing, and event recording, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.
Deliverables
• Set up and operate a wide-angle camera to capture the entire training session.
• Configure and manage wireless microphones for clear audio capture.
• Route audio from wireless microphones to the venue’s hotel sound system.
• Stream the event live via Zoom, ensuring stable connectivity and high-quality output.
• Coordinate with the remote trainer to facilitate smooth communication with onsite participants.

• Dismantle and pack up all equipment at the end of the session.
Requirements
• Proven experience in live event videography and streaming, preferably for corporate or training events.
