• *Responsibilities**:
- Lead, support and implement the design and development of all technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. Solid knowledge of Dynamics D365 core administration concepts and continuous learning on the latest related technologies - A must.
- Experience around the administration of Azure environments, Dynamics 365 CE and cloud-based/ SAAS solutions is required.
- Optimize operational efficiency using Microsoft best practices. Establish and adhere to enterprise architecture across technical and functional domains - including across other Microsoft products.
- Create and enhance AOT objects such as tables, forms, reports, classes, data sets, queries, menus, jobs, etc. using X++ and Visual Studio.
- Code system integrations using a variety of techniques and technologies such as AIF,.NET Business Connector, X++, C#, Web Services, REST APIs, EDI, XML, SSIS, FTP, etc.
- Build and maintain SQL Server database objects such as stored procedures, views, tables, and jobs.
- Good knowledge in data dictionary, queries and classes. Good knowledge in the customization of forms/ developing new forms
- Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and end ssers to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics ERP issues.
- Implement and support EDI and web service integrations with trading partners and vendors.
- Develop, monitor and maintain integrations including technical troubleshooting of APIs and source/target integration points.
- Good experience in (OOP) Object Oriented design and programming Skills using X++.
- Knowledge on AIF Document services.
- Knowledge of D365 Mobile app development frameworks.
- Knowledge of SSRS and Application Integration Framework.
- Design and implementation experience with MorphX.
- Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS concepts.
- Data Management Framework (aka DIXF).
- PowerApps, LogicApps, Azure Portal/ Services, SharePoint, C#, SQL Server, Common Data Service and other Azure Services including Azure Functions, Azure Event Grid, etc.
- Understanding of Synchronous and Asynchronous integration patterns.
- Role-based security design and customization. Maintain and enforce security policies and procedures aligned with best practices for segregation of duties. Extensible Data Security experience.
- Management and review of security logs and table permissions framework (TPF). Manage security in the (AIF) Application Integration Framework as needed.
- SSRS Report development and Power BI experience.
- Code build and deployment via Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
- Experience with two or more Microsoft Dynamics ERP functional areas such as finance, sales, project accounting, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration. Master’s degree or equivalent a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience performing the job duties listed or in a related occupation of the following: Sr. Application Consultant or Manager, Lead Technical Consultant, Sr. Technical Consultant, Technical Analyst, Developer, Sr. Technical Architect, Applications Architect, Sr. Programming Consultant.
- Minimum 5+ years X++ development experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
