Responsibilities:
• Take full product ownership for a range of semiconductor equipment.
• Plan and manage product projects, including schedules, resources, and kick-off meetings.
• Conduct product and technology benchmarking in collaboration with R&D and Marketing teams.
• Support Technical Sales in reviewing specifications, evaluating new product requirements, and performing costing analysis.
• Interface with customers on project updates, product evaluations, and technical reviews.
• Manage Continuous Improvement (CIP) programs to enhance product performance and extend product life cycles.
• Work closely with Engineering Development teams to resolve field issues within assigned product families.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Diploma in an Engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience and leading cross-functional teams in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
• Knowledge of basic engineering concepts and equipment product development.
• Experienced in project management and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
