At Beacon, we are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team. Our mission is to build a world-class product for modern charities that harness the power of technology to make a difference.
Responsibilities
• Improve and maintain Beacon's infrastructure and developer operations
• Work closely with the Head of Engineering and our existing engineering team to operationally support the design, development, and maintenance of a sophisticated web application
• Take responsibility for administration of AWS roles and permissions
• Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IAC) across Beacon's infrastructure
• Configure monitoring, including alerts, performance dashboards, and logs
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps role
• Detailed experience with AWS and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with building and maintaining continuous integration environments
• Superb communication skills
• Experience with IAC tools like Terraform
• Experience with GitHub Actions
