• Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6.30pm
Responsibilities:
• Contract Management:
• Develop and maintain standardized media confirmation templates.
• Ensure all contract details and rates are accurately recorded in ACE Hub/Broadsign in full compliance with internal guidelines.
• Coordinate with the sales team to validate inventory availability.
• Ensure the accuracy of all media confirmation submitted.
• Oversee and execute the end-to-end creation of contracts and bookings for the entire Media team.
• Manage Reservation, Amendments, Late Amendments/Cancellations, and Late Cancellations/Compensation Contracts.
• Verify all signed contracts prior to campaign installation.
• Monitor 100% Upfront Payment and address outstanding payments.
• Ensure sales/marketing team obtain In-Principle Approval (IPA) for unsigned contracts prior to campaign commencement.
• Other Duties:
• Creation of new media space, inventory, type and package
• Administer and maintain ACE Hub modules, e.g. Company Master, Campaign Master, Media Inventory, Media Type, Contracts, Billings, and Credit Notes.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and stakeholders on ACE Hub functionalities and best practices.
• Initiate and manage requests related to Digital Services Management (DSM) and Identity Management (IdMS).
• Support and execute ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirement:
• Minimum qualification: Diploma
• Basic knowledge of PivotTables; familiarity with VLOOKUP is an advantage
