Manager, IT Solutions Delivery - Dealer Services

What You Will Accomplish with Us
As a Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
• Manage employees and contractors for whom you represent the first level of management.
• Manage the workload of the resources under your responsibility.
• Serve as the operational IT contact for the Networking team regarding the solutions and services offered.
• Be accountable for the delivery of solutions, service provision, and the performance of your team.
• Frequently act as a representative of the organization's IT assets.
What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role
We are looking for someone who:
• Has 10 years of experience in a leadership role, including 5 years in management.
• Is recognized for transformational leadership.
• Has proven experience leading enterprise-wide or ambiguous transformation programs.
• Has the ability to bring clarity and structure in evolving contexts.
• Is familiar with agile and SAFe delivery and governance frameworks.
• Has experience working with vendors (asset).
• Demonstrates effective stakeholder alignment and governance.
• Has experience managing governance structures and escalation paths.
• Is recognized for technical and domain expertise; solid understanding of Salesforce, Experience Cloud, CRM, and MuleSoft integrations (asset).
• Has excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Has an advanced level of English proficiency as the person will be required to lead meetings and write emails with their team and internal/external partners on a daily basis.

The typical hiring range for this position is from CAD 105,000 to CAD 130,000 per year; the proposed base salary may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the position. At iA, we are committed to offering a fair compensation structure.
