We are looking for a forward-thinking End User Computing Solution Architect to join our team and lead the transformation of our digital workspace. This role is ideal for a technology leader with strong expertise in Microsoft ecosystem solutions, endpoint management, and workspace modernization who thrives in driving enterprise-level IT initiatives.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and deliver projects that enhance end user collaboration, mobility, performance, security and service quality.
• Define and implement standards and best practices for endpoint computing (Windows, Intune, Purview, application control).
• Partner with regional teams and global headquarters to modernize end user tools and workspaces.
• Act as a solution architect, designing and realizing target architectures aligned with business transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate across project teams to ensure smooth delivery of client computing solutions and enterprise platforms.
• Prepare architecture documentation, project reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 6+ years in IT End User Services.
• Mandatory Microsoft certifications (M365, Endpoint Administrator, Modern Desktop or Azure Administrator/MCSE).
• ITIL certified, with strong knowledge of change, problem, and incident management.
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Exchange Online Protection, Group Policy.
• Hands-on experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Delivery), Intune, SCCM/MECM, OS build deployment (Windows 10/11), and Unified Communication & Collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of modern authentication (SSO, hybrid cloud/on-prem) and device/application security.
• Proven track record in solution design, architecture, and deployment of client computing/VDI solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across regions and business stakeholders.
• Experience in the banking/financial services sector is advantageous.
