• Position : Assistant Project Manager (Service & Maintenance) – Up to $5,000 + AWS
• Location : Ubi (Near MRT)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm & Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Salary Up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 Days AL + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
• Supports the project manager in project planning, scheduling, and preparing progress reports.
• Maintain all project documentation, drawings, and reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and team members.
• Help monitor project budgets and evaluate purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with all WSH and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Minimum of Diploma in engineering background with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of WSH regulations and a strong safety mindset will be an advantage
