Enterprise Technical Account Manager – Hybrid, NYC

They are looking for an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to join their team in managing relationships & drive technical success across their existing enterprise account base. This is a key role, working closely with clients to ensure they are getting as much value as possible from the platform.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week in their NYC office.
Responsibilities
• Manage long-term relationships with customers, building relationships and driving retention across account base
• Identify & resolve technical challenges with accounts
• Manage & drive success across technical projects, identifying customer needs, delivering strong communication and tailored support where necessary
• Proactively manage customer escalations when needed
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Customer Success, to provide tailored support and deliver success
The Successful Candidate
• 5+ year technical account management experience is essential
• A background in MarTech, eCommerce or Retail Tech is essential
• Experience covering commercial elements with accounts (e.g. renewals and upselling) is a plus
• Commutable to NYC 1x day per week
