Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end customer service touchpoints, including service reminders, appointment coordination, and prompt issue resolution.
• Build strong relationships with leasing and pre-owned customers through consistent engagement and tailored CRM activities.
• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives, including improving online reviews and collecting customer feedback.
• Conduct service training for operations teams to enhance customer-centric practices.
• Plan and execute customer engagement events such as roadshows, appreciation activities, and partner collaborations.
• Coordinate CRM requirements across pre-owned, leasing, and franchise partners to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or related functions (automotive or leasing background is a strong advantage).
• Strong technical understanding from industries such as manufacturing, engineering, or FMCG.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proven ability to manage complex customer issues.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is added advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical mindset—able to interpret feedback data and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and train teams.
• Customer-centric, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
• A committed team player with strong interpersonal skills.
