Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain advanced data analytics solutions to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that drive business value.
• Develop and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data concepts in an understandable manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Proven expertise in working with large datasets, including data mining, warehousing, and integration techniques.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy), R, or SAS for complex data manipulation and analysis.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Microsoft Azure Synapse, Microsoft Data Factory, and Databricks.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
