Job Description:
• Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure to be in line with SOP (standard operating procedure) in place.
• Defines customers’ needs and functionalities.
• Assists in the coordination of system related activities and evaluation of the implementation design.
• Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Collaborates and manages various stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables within the guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Anticipating & troubleshooting systems related issues.
• Provide system documentation and SOPs.
Requirements:
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based or windows environments.
• Experience with Linux OS monitoring systems
• Experience in Backup Technologies (Veritas, Veeam, Avamar)
